As they become more mainstream, chiropractic services are gaining credibility with the health insurance industry.  Many insurance companies are now including coverage for chiropractic services.  To find out whether your health insurance plans, check your coverage information carefully or contact your insurance company’s service department.  If you have questions about your coverage we will help you determine the benefits available under your policy.  We will take care of all paperwork, verify your coverage and apply for reimbursement.  You are required to provide us with a valid insurance card and to pay for any co-payments, deductible and/or coinsurance at time of visit.  Also, it would help us to know if treatment is for a personal injury case and/or workman’s compensation so the appropriate paperwork will be prepared and ready for processing at appointment time.   Following is a list of the insurance companies we accept.  If yours is not included, please contact us to discuss this issue.
